Individual & Group Counseling
NROH celebrates the individual journey of self exploration and healing. Our therapists create an atmosphere of trust and support to allow each individual to express themselves in a healthy way. Experienced and dedicated, NROH therapists insist on the highest level of discovery and self-realization.
Our group counseling sessions offer the opportunity for individuals to share and express challenges they endure and receive peer support in finding solutions to these challenges. Group counseling offers different options for various types of groups; including, but not limited to youth, seniors, veterans, and those struggling with mental health issues.

Workshops
Our workshops for children, young people, adults, and families help to create environments of sharing and trusted spaces. Workshops that provide assistance in handling difficult situations and navigating the perils of interpersonal relationships is essential to learn specific techniques and coping skills for those challenged by societal triggers and emotional trauma.
